Job Overview: The Regional Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the marketing strategy for our client, a leading tire manufacturer catering to agriculture, forestry, construction, and more, based in Wakefield, MA.   • Lead the local Marketing Communications team and provide strategic guidance to the regional leadership.
  • Foster collaboration with European counterparts for alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage with key customers to promote the organization's value.
  • Identify and leverage trade exhibitions and media outlets for goal achievement.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance product promotion and brand visibility.
  • Manage brand consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media and website management.
  • Direct advertising campaigns and promotional events to boost sales.
  • Handle public relations, media relationships, and crisis communications.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
  • Lead, mentor, and possibly restructure the marketing team to foster creativity and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with sales, product development, and finance departments to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing performance and report findings to senior management.
Requirements Include:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience: Proven leadership in a Marketing role, with hands-on experience in marketing material design, production, and creative agency management. Industry experience is advantageous.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, excellent communication, and networking skills.
  • Certifications: Not specified.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Key Competencies: Leadership, motivation, strategic thinking, analytical skills, flexibility, presentation skills, teamwork, and ability to travel.
