The IT Specialist will provide technical assistance and assessment of designated facilities.
Duties Include:
Traveling to different locations in the Buffalo/Rochester NY region to complete the physical site assessments.
Circuit bandwidth, Voice Over IP (VoIP) phone system upgrades and wireless upgrades.
Equipment installation, relocation and removal.
Request analysis, site surveys, site preparation, cable trouble-shooting, desktop support, etc.
Asset management, inventory control, and network assistance.
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:5 years of experience installing/troubleshooting PCs and Printers required.
5 years of experience installing/troubleshooting servers required.
1 year of experience installing/troubleshooting VOIP phones required.
5 years of experience installing/troubleshooting data communications equipment required.
5 years of experience conducting technical site surveys required.
5 years of experience in data cable installation/troubleshooting required.
3 years of experience conducting inventory control required.
3 years of experience in desktop support required.
Must be able to travel in the Buffalo/Rochester NY area.
