Litigation Attorney

LHH is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary Litigation Attorney to join our client's dynamic team for a 6 month assignment.This role is fully remote, but associates must live in one of the following states:  TX, MA, NC, IL, PA, MO, CA, FL, TN, NY, NJ, PA, OR, NC, WA, DE

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for court filings.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials, representing clients in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop litigation strategies and case resolutions.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing within the jurisdiction you reside. 
• Demonstrated experience in litigation matters, with 7-10 years of relevant legal practice.
• Experience with personal injury and mass torts, preferred 

Pay Rate: $70-$80/hour 

Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
