Reporting to the HR Director, and as a member of the Human Resources team, you will interpret and translate verbal and written communications from English to Spanish. Provide translation during interviews and meetings, and transcribe and analyze spoken communicationsEnsure communications and translations are conveyed and understood in the proper context Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs Provide in person and over the phone language support Able to convert documents in Microsoft Office
Other duties as assigned Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Demonstrated language proficiency to interpret, translate and transcribe between English and Spanish Professional level writing skills in Spanish Ability to communicate complex information in clear and simple terms Ability to maintain confidentiality Time management skills Ability to travel, if necessary, to other company facilities Ability to flex work schedule, as needed Adequately prioritize tasks while demonstrating attention to detail and organization skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, text message terminology in English and SpanishTyping abilities to exceed 40 words per minuteTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily.
