Your Role

OUTFRONT is searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Intern to assist at the OUTFRONT Media NY billboard warehouse & office in Queens. Responsibilities include helping with reception, general office support, and preparing advertising materials for billboard team to install in the NYC market and transit system.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for general office administration - answering phones, ordering supplies, shipping materials, maintaining files, etc.
  • Work with the warehouse Inventory Manager for receiving shipments of advertising posters and tracking inventory in the IMS System.
  • Work with the Operations Manager with preparing and scheduling installations of advertising posters through the AS400 and Workforce systems
  • Create work orders for all bulletins, posters, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate and receive shipments of vinyl's and other materials as needed.
  • Prepare and complete any reports as required.
  • Coordination of travel arrangements and expense reports.

Your Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
  • Proficient with MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The salary for this role is $18/per hour. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
