Reporting to the Sr. Director of Rehab, Supervises the Sleep Lab staff and operations, and performs the duties of Polysomnographic Technician. Provide patient care and education. Requirements: 3 to 5 years#Directly related experience Associates Degree or equivalent Healthcare Provider CPR Certification RPSGT or obtain within 6 months of employment Responsibilities: 1.##Perform the duties of Polysomnographic Technician, Job Code 411232. 2.##Coordinates and is authorized to purchase equipment, supplies and services required by the practice as directed. 3.##Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring/firing, scheduling, timekeeping, addresses the clinical practice and/or#behavioral issues, performance evaluations, quality reviews and staff education. 4.##Works closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversees and establishes the staffing needs for#planned and/or unplanned absences. 5.##Assists with staff education and training for#current and incoming staff. 6.##Supports staff in problem solving. Role models interdisciplinary communication and collaboration and communicates#organizational information to all staff on a regular and timely basis as appropriate. 7.##Will participate in the development of staff scheduling, collect, and report on quality data including but not limited to#chart audits, outcome tracking, regulatory such as DNV or Medicare audits. 8.# In conjunction with Sr. Director, leads clinical and operational process improvement, problem solving and change#management activities by applying lean concepts. 9.# Performs other job duties as needed.
