HVAC Installers

R.H. Witt in Glenview has immediate openings for Experienced Journeyman HVAC Installers

HVAC Installers will perform a wide variety of work installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

To thrive as an HVAC Installer, you should have:


  • Ability to perform daily work duties associated with the HVAC trade.
  • 10+ years experience
  • A thorough knowledge of our industry
  • Hand tools, refrigeration gauges, and meters
  • Knowledge of:
    • Sheet metal, boilers, and furnace installations
    • Forced air (low and high velocity)
    • Hydronic (boilers, floor heating, snowmelt)
    • Steam boilers
    • Mini and multi splits
    • Zoning (forced air and hydronic)
    • Rooftop units
  • Great time management skills and ability to assess situations quickly and thoroughly
  • Good communication skills
  • Current EPA Universal card
  • Clear driver's license and pass a criminal and drug screening
