  • Working full-cycle AR
    • invoicing, billing, handle disputes, and doing credit/collections
    • deep-dive into each invoice
  • Interface with different vendor systems
  • Candidate should have strong knowledge with Excel
    • Pivot Tables, Formulas, V Look-Ups
  • Candidate should have analytical skills while looking at aging reports, as well as soft skills when making calls to vendors.
  • Open to looking at candidates that have bounced around to different companies on a contract basis
  • Laid back environment but remain professional
  • Degree not required
  • $22-$25/hr.
  • M-F, 8:30-5pm
  • System: Excel, NetSuite
