A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD HVAC TECH

Envision your day unfolding as our Lead HVAC Tech, a role that bridges technical prowess with mentorship finesse. At dawn, you orchestrate precision repairs and service. Simultaneously, you nurture emerging talents, sculpting them into a crescendo of proficiency. As daylight wanes, you captivate clients with your knowledge, sparking replacement sales leads and nurturing maintenance agreements. Your day is a symphony of innovation, leadership, and results


REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 10+ years of residential service experience with relevant HVAC equipment
  • A record of developing apprentice technicians into skilled service professionals
  • An EPA certification is essential (a NATE certification would be a bonus)
  • A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
