Occupational Therapy Assistant
a) Six (6) months of experience within the last three (3) years performing services similar in
scope to those defined herein, in a public or private institution.
b) Education: Graduation from an accredited institution with a degree or equivalent in
occupational therapy assisting.
c) Possession of a current and valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license issued by the
California Board of Occupational Therapy.

Desirable Qualifications
twelve (12) months experience working in a skilled nursing facility as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

Licenses:
A current and valid license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association or American Red Cross provider.
