• Understanding of Oracle MRP System
• Understanding of basic Lean concepts

• Work with employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity
• Ensure tooling fixtures and equipment are in order
• Notify Supervisor of all department issues
• Work with supervisor and Methods to solve manufacturing and assembly issues
• Participate in training seminars to help the company grow
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees
• Maintain Symphony color system on the shop floor
• Ensure the quality standards on all products assembled in the department
• Full knowledge of Micrometer assemblies
• Fosters teamwork
• Work the hours of the department necessary to get the job done
