Overview

MedCare/Rise is looking to hire a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) that is motivated to work with children with Autism in a clinic setting.

Job Description

* Provide direct care to clients in a one on one and group settings
* Collect behavior and skill acquisition data on company issued tablets
* Follow protocols and implement behavior reduction plans
* Complete daily session notes
* Attend staff meetings and trainings
* Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and parents

Qualifications

* Energetic and positive attitude
* Reliable and punctual
* Must pass background check
* Bachelors degree (preferred but not required)
* Experience working with children or children with special needs (preferred but not required)
