Fabrication Plant Manager

Summary:Job shop or large scale manufacturing experience preferredContinuous Improvement experience Salary Range 85K - 100KDescription: We are searching for a results-oriented Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our production team, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving our production goals.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day plant operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and on-time delivery.Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory control, and quality assurance.Manage plant personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and maintaining a positive and safe work environment.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production and minimize waste.Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.Prepare and manage plant budgets.Maintain clear and concise communication with all levels of management and staff.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of increasing production efficiency and quality control.Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and develop a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP software (a plus).
