Pasteurizer Operator

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate pasteurizer in compliance with state and federal guidelinesObtain milk and cream samples for testing by lab to include raw and processed productWash and sanitize milk silos, cream tanks, and any other equipment as neededProduce product according to guidelines and separate into correct batchesFollow recipe guidelines for all products produced.Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediatelyMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required 3rd Shift - 10:00 PM Start Time$24.66 Per HourBenefits after 60 days401K
