We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our family-oriented team as Wheel Nut Assembly (AKA Tapping) Operator on Weekend Warrior Day Shift at our Savanna location.
 
Job Summary: As a Wheel Nut Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for operating assigned mechanical equipment, ensuring the quality of our products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a supportive work environment.
 
Job Duties:

Operate assigned mechanical equipment with precision and efficiency
Ensure that all products meet quality control requirements
Complete all necessary documents accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area according to 5S standards
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

 
Experience and Education:

Work under direct supervision, handling basic issues and referring complex matters to higher-level staff
Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
0 to 2 years of relevant experience

 
Competencies/ Skills:

Ability to interpret work instructions accurately
Strong aptitude for following written and verbal directions
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in basic mathematical concepts
