A Primary care Hospital located in Princeton, NJ has an immediate opening for a LVN / LPN in Home Health

Type: Contract, Minimum of 13 weeks, possibly longer
Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 16:30)
Location: Princeton, NJ

Requirements:
NJ or Compact LPN license required
Graduate of approved accredited school of nursing
Prior Intermittent Home Health Experience required
BLS required
Caseload includes varied diagnoses; primarily cardiac, ortho, neuro and oncology
Large number of patients requiring wound care, medication management, patient teaching and line/drain care
Lab drawers preferred
Experience with Wound Vacs, PleurX Cath preferred
EPIC Charting-Remote Client experience preferred
