PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 1, in Beltsville, MD.

Job Description:

- Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.

- Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.

- Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.

- Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Basic Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience 1-3 years
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail. Be able to work in a team-based environment and achieve goals with a "'safety first"' attitude. Demonstrate basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
