- Maintain Company delivery vehicle, perform basic vehicle checks and fluid levels.
- Upload documentation of delivery, maintenance, and compliance forms into proper electronic database.
- Plan routes using both computer and mobile electronic devices.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Create a positive customer experience to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Update patient dispensation records per state regulations.
- Tech savvy, able to use software and mapping programs to navigate and complete deliveries.
- 25+ years of age
- You have at least six months of related experience and/or training
- You have 1+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Valid Driver's License with excellent, clean, driving record
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with LeafLogix and OnFleet is a plus
- Flexibility and availability regarding scheduling-must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
