Job Summary: As a Surgery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
  • Reducing variation in clinical practice and improving efficiency, effectiveness, and cost.
  • Managing admissions and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Providing leadership to create an unparalleled patient experience and consistent, positive patient interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • BSN required; acute care experience preferred

Additional Details:

  • Relocation eligible
  • Full-time position with no weekends
  • 45 FTE, 46 beds
  • Elective procedures: orthopedic, neurological, bariatric, gynecological, and urological (350 procedures/month average)
  • Salary Range: $90k - $130k
