We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks. Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Previous experience working in a dental office setting
Proficiency with Eaglesoft software preferred
Proficiency with using computers
Ability to handle financial discussions with patients confidently and sensitively
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Health insurance and dental insurance
