Sr. Control Systems Engineer

Position Summary:

Demonstrate a high de gree of technical knowl e dge and comp e t e nc y with Controls Systems engineer i ng , automation and s pecification s development with multi-platform experience . Must b e highl y experienced w ith a ll as pect s of Control Systems configuration , devel o pment & te st in g . Knowledge of field in s trumen t installation requirements , DCS/PLC enclosure layout and wiring expertise with P&ID developmen t ex perience required .

Requirements:

10 + years' exper i ence in control sys t ems eng ine er in g and a pplic a ti o n s consulting . Ex peri e nc e with Field troubleshoot in g on s it e required.

Educat i on:

BS in E ngineering Technology, Chem i ca l Enginee rin g, Electrica l Engineeri n g or s imilar

Core Competencies:

• Technical Co mpetencies - Must be highl y experienced with all aspect s of Co ntrol s System s configurat i o n , development and testing. Knowledge of field in st rument in s tallation requirements, DCS / PLC enclosure layout and wiring ex perti se with P&ID development requir e d .

• Rockwell / A llen Bradle y / CLX Programming- Proven abilities in programming , HMI graphics c reati on/ development , FA TISA T exec uti o n , procedure / test writing, l oo p checks, s tartup and commissioning s it e s upp ort. Plant PAX & Batch knowledge is a plu s.

• Safety- Re s p o n s ible for maintaining compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

• C lient Co ntact - E n s ure that regular c li e nt contact i s m ainta ined , and that cli e nt concerns a nd input are under stood and ad dre ssed.

• Morale & Teamwork - Consistently work to a high standard of profe ss ionali s m within a tea m environment.
