Your Best Career Experience Responsibilities

Inside Salesplays a foundational role of the company’s successwhich is why we’re looking for people who cansupport oursalesinitiativeswithenergy andproficiency.You’ll be responsible for representing Horizons’ products and services to designers within an assigned account base with the objective to generate meaningful and substantial sales growth.

Working in Inside Sales, you’ll become aproduct and installspecialist,settingyou on a path forprofessional growth and career advancementwithHorizons

Here’s a bit more of what you can expect your time to look like:

  • Account Maintenance and Sales : Along with seeking out new opportunities to gain market share , y ou’ll also develop long-term designer relationships and present solutions through the Horizons line of products and services to generate incremental sales volume. While d esignercontact is made primarily through telephone interaction, you’ll also facilitate in-person meetings quarterly at both workroom location and designer offices.


  • Account Administration : You’ll m aintain dealer programs for discounts, sample, and display costs with all sales contacts , c onsistently gather and report information relating to competitor activit y, e nter call detail in sales reporting program each day , and c ommunicate designer status updates .


  • Training Support and Administration : Not only will you s olicit training needs but you’ll also p rovide sales training as an on-going element of the vendor-dealer relationship.


  • Marketing and Roadshow support: You will participate in our field based marketing and promotional events, including client visits, Roadshows, Seminars and Trade Events. You will be expected to participate in the planning and setting up of the events as well as present to a large audience the marketing and promotion of our products

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a high touch sales environment preferred
  • High level of organization, discipline, and self-structure
  • Able to conveytechnicalexpertise and knowledge over the phone
