Clinician III / Supportive Housing Coordinator duties include:

* Perform duties necessary for the overall operations of the CIBH Permanent Supportive Housing program, including overseeing staff and services for daily operations.
* Provide direct supervision to Housing Case Manager and Housing Specialist(s); assigning tasks and responsibilities, providing support and guidance to staff, and ensuring that staff receive training for best practice.
* Maintain program data and record systems, provide program status reports as needed. Ensure that the program complies with regulations and standards of DBHDS and maintains fidelity to evidence-based practices and Housing-First principles
* Monitor all budget expenditures within the guidelines of grant-funding.
* Process referrals and applications for the program, verifying eligibility of applicants, assessing housing needs of the participants, and coordinating needed services.
* Assist in selection of new staff, training, assigning, and evaluating work, including counseling and discipline, and performance reviews.
* Clinician III serve as liaison with community landlords, CHRA housing Authority, Coordinated Entry agency, and assist the program to locate and develop partners and advocate for the needs of the tenants.
* Provide services and supports during staff vacancy
* Provide on-call emergency back-up for tenants and landlords
* Clinician III performs other related duties as assigned.
