Clear Creek Tahoe is currently seeking candidates for Server positions at our Twin Pines Lake House located in South Lake Tahoe. A Lake House Server is responsible for providing food & beverage service to the outdoor dining tables and lounge chairs at our private-access beachfront on Lake Tahoe. This is a seasonal dining outlet operating from May through October, though there is potential for year-round employment in other positions and/or departments that will be evaluated at the conclusion of the summer season. A full job description and responsibilities will be disclosed during the interview process.

Base hourly wages for these seasonal positions start at $21 / hour in addition to participation in the Club's service charge distribution and opportunities for extra gratuities.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

* Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the State of California (18 years of age or older).
* Must be willing to work weekends, and holidays.
* Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment with variable weather conditions.
* Required to stand for long periods of time and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist or reach.
* Must be able to push, pull, or lift up 50lbs.

Preferred Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or general education degree.
* One to three years of related work experience with exposure to food preparation, food handling, cooking, food service, and/or bartending.
* Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
* Food Safety certification.
* Alcoholic beverage certification.
