Registered Nurse Case Managers deliver direct care to patients in their homes, whether it's at home or in a care facility. Registered Nurse Position Qualifications:

  • 6 months minimum prior skilled nursing experience
  • An active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license
  • Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
  • Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities

Registered Nurse Benefits & Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a backup on-call that includes evenings, overnights, and weekends
