Therapydia is searching for a part time (30 hours) experienced Health Care Coordinator

These are the hours you would be needed.

T: 7AM-1:30PM: lunch 11-12PM

W-Th: 7AM-4PM, lunch 11-12PM

F: 9:00AM-5:30PM, lunch 12:30-1PM

Health Care Coordinators are:

Responsibilities of a Health Care Coordinator:

* Answer a high volume of phone calls.
* Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
* Complete the entire patient registration progress
* Collect co-pays and deductibles for both in-network and out-of-network patients.
* Data entry in various software programs.
* Manage the clinic's closing duties.
* Assist with administrative marketing tasks.
* Assist the other Therapydia clinics in the region as needed.

Health Care Coordinator Qualifications:

* 2+ years of administrative experience.
* Previous experience in health care or patient care is preferred
* Successful completion of the Indeed skills assessments with a passing score.
* Bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Previous experience with G-Suite, RingCentral, WebPT, and Kareo is a plus
* Stellar references.

Health Care Coordinator Compensation

* $20 to $25/hour based on experience.
* Medical, dental, & vision insurance; FSA, STD, LTD, & Life Insurance
* Matching 401K Plan
* 15 days PTO + 10 paid company holidays

Compensation Range: $20 to $25/ hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
