- Drivers license address must be outside 50 mile radius

Required: Minimum of solid 3-5 years experience who can scrub and circulate

Average # of cases per day 30
Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS
Common Cases Cardiovascular. General surgery, orthopedic, GYN, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Plastic Surgery
Experience or 'Must have' skills Cardiovascular exp required.
Scrubbing required - RN's YES
Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Yes, RN in charge of each shift, and Nursing Supervisor on duty for hospital 24/7
OR techs Yes, work with ORTs
EMR Meditech
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) No self-scheduling, we do allow employee to work together to determine call shifts
Weeknight/Call Requirements Evening and night shift call is required, call shifts are 8 hour shifts Call is required and shift is rotating
Weekend/Call Requirements Call is 8 hour shifts, must be available to work all shifts Call is required and shift is rotating
Holiday/Call Requirements Rotational on call requirements
What is call response time? 30 minutes
Floating Requirements If not needed in Surgery, may be required to float to Endoscopy
Scrub Color/Dress Code Will wear scrubs from surgery vending machine
Unit/Department specific orientation Will orient on unit for 2-4 shifts
