PSYCHOMETRICIAN

If so, we are currently looking to hire an experienced Psychometrician to apply solution-oriented experience while leading customer focused projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading groups of SMEs throughout the development of certifications and evaluation process.

Requirements:

+ Five (5) years demonstrated experience developing and maintaining certifications in compliance with accrediting bodies, such as the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and National Commission for Certifying Agencies

+ Demonstrated experience in applying knowledge of current industry best practices for certifications

+ Five (5) years of experience designing and constructing legally defensible test facilitation, Standard-Setting Panel Administration

+ Master's degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Psychology from an accredited college or university

+ Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Highly Preferred:

+ Five (5) years of experience within the Intelligence Community and/or DoD

+ Certified Credential Specialist by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence

+ Doctorate degree in Industrial Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university
