The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is a 23 bed inpatient unit serving a diverse patient population with acute medical and surgical needs, including those requiring advanced monitoring and assessment
POSITION SUMMARY
As part of a collaborative, dynamic, multidisciplinary team, the PCU RN provides direct patient care, delegating those interventions which may be performed by others, and takes a lead role in maintaining a safe environment for the rendering of effective nursing care. QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION
* Graduate of accredited RN program.
EXPERIENCE/SKILL SETS:
* Previous acute care experience preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION(S):
* Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Vermont
* BLS healthcare provider status
* ACLS within six-months of hire.
