Compensation $74,000-$78,000 a year.

Schedule: Wed-Sat 8PM-6AM.

Effectively manage the delivery team, follow procedures and policies including DOT compliance, HACCP regulations, and all safety protocols. Safely provide quality, accurate, cost effective distribution every time to customer stores.

Operations

Effectively manage all delivery to On Time standards and within KPI goals.Operations and total activities for the CDC Delivery Team.Manage all reports within the delivery process.Hold regular scheduled meetings with Drivers and Leads.Work with 7-Eleven Store Managers, Market Managers, Field Consultants and Logistics Manager insolving any delivery issues.

· Financial Performance

Operate area of responsibility at or below the annual budget.Take personal accountability for the CDC delivery financial results.

· Client Relationships

Build good working relationships with store clerks/customer, conduct audits, work with customer on any complaints for resolution

· Leadership

Supervise the training and coaching of Leads and Drivers including all safety training for the DeliveryTeam to include: new driver training field program, monthly safety, and quarterly online safety training,equipment usage, and customer service.Balance and sustain our “We” will win as one, in all facets of the company’s purpose, spirit, and visionProvide mentoring of all direct reports, providing consistent daily feedback; including but not limited toquarterly review and annual performance reviews.Individual will work with HR in hiring, employee relations, evaluations, disciplinary, EMT approval andsalary reviews of all employees.Work directly with Human Resources to develop and retain associates through training and leadershipprograms.

· Food Safety and Quality

HACCP, FESMA, Best Practice qualifications and ensure customer audit compliance.

· Safety

Ensure all employees cooperate with all aspects of the E.A. Sween Company Safety program and polices. Work with all drivers to reduce the number of vehicle incidents and WC incidents.Be responsible for, and follow safety and health regulations. Participate in safety meetings, report hazardous conditions, and perform your job according to Best Practices.Supervise the training and coaching of Leads and Drivers including: new driver training field-classroom program, monthly safety, and quarterly online safety training, equipment usage, and customer service.Ensure all employees cooperate with all aspects of the E.A. Sween Company Safety program.

Required Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license in the state in which you reside (Class A or B required if managing any fleet that a CDL is required to operate)Intermediate computer Skills in Microsoft Office Suite.Must be able to effectively communicate with customers/ employees in a professional manner6 months previous driving experience Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical CardPass criminal background check/drug screenClean MVR, consistent with our Safe Driving Program21 years of ageMust be able to operate hand held tablet, cell phone, and electric pallet jack (where applicable)Must be able to read, write, and speak basic English

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to lift 75 lbsAbility to push/pull 250 lbsAbility to operate a 2 – 4-wheel handcart.Step safely in/out and operate company route truck per company standard practices and DOT regulations.Bend, turn, twist, step up, lift overhead, push, and pull.Must be able to perform kneeling, squatting, turning, reaching over shoulder height, waist level and from floor.Work in a widely varying temperature environment indoors and outdoors, including all weather conditions.Must be willing to work all hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
