FISINT Analyst:
Senior (T-10), Mid(T-8), and Junior (T-6) Levels MRSL has growth and career opportunities at a variety of levels level (senior, mid, junior) for a Foreign instrumentation signals intelligence (FISINT) analyst
This position will require in-depth knowledge and ability to analyze and report on FISINT in a secure environment
Familiarity with ground, air or maritime weapon systems highly desired
Experience in analysis of and fusion with other forms of intelligence sources (SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc) is also desirable
This also involves the ability to support and/or lead (senior position) a team in the transition from manual processes into higher automation and workflow processing

The specific work environment and tasks include: • Experience with raw FISINT and related analysis tools
Must be able to characterize various communication technologies using signals analysis tools including but not limited to knowledge of M2Extra, X-MIDAS, DVT, and WVT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on foreign military capabilities
• Knowledge and experience with National and DoD data sources, databases, and related tools such as THRESHER, FADE/MIST, BODHI
• Working with a small team and ability to coordinate across various government and contractor office/resources to solve intelligence needs
• Experience with developing accurate signal chronologies and determine relationships between related signals required
• Current TS//SCI clearance with at least a CI polygraph that is current as well
• Work location is onsite at MSIC in Huntsville, Alabama
Requirements include: Background in FISINT analysis: • SENIOR LEVEL: ◦ Graduate of a military or civilian signals analysis program with ten (10) or more years’ experience with FISINT
◦ A BA/BS degree is a related technical field is highly desirable
• MID LEVEL: As above, but with 5-10 years’ experience in FISINT with some formal training
• JUNIOR LEVEL: As above, but with less than 5 years’ experience with FISINT with some formal training
Desired/Bonus Skills: • Experience with production of the formalized serialized SIGINT reports detailing analysis and ability to infer system performance and characteristics is desirable
• Bonus for broader knowledge intelligence and fusion processing and how FISINT can be used to augment those sources
• Knowledge of data-science tools and techniques for automated extraction of critical items of interest from large datasets
