About us:

KabaFusion is a home infusion company with 21 pharmacies and 24 nursing locations with the ability to service 40+ states. While we are known for our expertise in IVIg and SCIg, we also provide acute infusion and nutritional services to patients in the comfort of their home. During this time of pandemic, it is more important than ever, for our patients to receive the care they need in the safety of their own homes, minimizing the risk of contagion and re-hospitalizations. Our Home Infusion Nurses play an integral role in this process , working collaboratively across the continuum of care to ensure that these infusion therapies can be safely and effectively administered in the home setting.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • Registered Nurse with license in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year infusion and/or home health experience
  • Minimum 3 years working with pediatric patients
  • Excellent IV skills
  • Current driver's license in good standing
  • Current CPR card
