UC Health is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neuro Specialty Surgery department for the day shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

This unit will focus on Neuro-Spine. Examples include Spinal Decompression Surgeries such as: laminectomies, microdiscectomies, Spinal fusions, spinal reconstruction, cervical spine surgeries.

Unit Details

* The Neuroscience ICU unit utilizes the teamwork model, which allows close work with all members of the team to provide the highest level of acuity and care for all our patients.
* UCMC has been named the Preferred Neuroscience institution in the area, and the Neuroscience ICU is also a Level 4 Epilepsy Center.
* Neuroscience ICU provides an opportunity to expand Academic knowledge in a Medical Center and allows a teaching environment, as we are also the region's first comprehensive stroke center.
