Are you passionate about making a difference in someone's life? SIGMA Homecare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers, Caregivers, and Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide crucial assistance and support to children and adults with mental or cognitive impairments and individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all our employees. Our caregivers make 18.67% more than the average per hour rate for a caregiver in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist children and adults with serious emotional disturbance and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Document and report any changes in clients' behavior or condition.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.
Compassion and empathy towards individuals with special needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
Must pass background checks and reference checks.
