Sr Director of TA Operations and Vendor Management

Job Posting DescriptionThe Sr Director of TA Operations & Vendor Management shall be responsible for:Managing the overall staffing vendor contracts, through the consolidation and streamlining of staffing vendors, and will leverage the consolidated purchasing power to secure favorable rates, terms, and performance for BCHDeveloping utilization criteria and processes to ensure vendor staffing requests are justified and through agreed-upon business criteria manage overall vendor performance to ensure the services meet the enterprises needsLeading the Sourcing function, ATS Administration, and TA marketing function, also will be driving operational excellence in talent acquisition while ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and valuesThe successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare recruiting best practices, along with a proven track record of implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent in a competitive marketCollaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support the organization's short-term and long-term goalsStaying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processesProviding leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, including recruiters, coordinators, and other support staffFostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and developmentStreamlining and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboardingImplementing best practices for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates efficiently and effectivelyDeveloping and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organizationEnsuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact through the hiring process and beyondUtilizing data-driven insights to track key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvementGenerating regular reports and dashboards to communicate recruitment performance to stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those enforced by the OFCCP, as well as internal policies and proceduresManaging relationships with external marketing agency, job boards, and other vendors to augment internal recruiting efforts as neededNegotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure value and ROITo qualify, you must have:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field8 plus years of progressive experience in talent acquisition. And 3 plus years of experience in a leadership capacity in talent acquisitionProficiency in recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management systems and integrations with HRIS platforms; experience with Brassring or similar platforms preferredIn-depth knowledge of healthcare recruiting best practices, including an understanding of clinical roles and licensure requirementsExcellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated competencies to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomesCertification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or recruitment (e.g., CIR, AIRS) is a plus.Boston Children’s Hospital offers competitive compensation and unmatched benefits including flexible schedules, affordable health, vision and dental insurance, child care and student loan subsidies, generous levels of time off, 403(b) Retirement Savings plan, Pension, Tuition and certain License and Certification Reimbursement, cell phone plan discounts and discounted rates on T-passes.
