Duties

Support and Organization:

* Attends to student needs in areas of personal and/or behavioral care.
* Organizes equipment and materials as directed by the educator.
* Assumes responsibility for classroom/program cleanliness.
* Promotes student independence.
* Accepts responsibility for all non-instructional tasks planned by the educator.

Communication:

* Exhibits effective communication skills.
* Is systematic in record keeping as assigned by the educator.
* Maintains an open rapport with students.
* Maintains confidentiality.

Management of Student Conduct:
