Doors to Dream AmeriCorps VISTA

We work with students in Title I schools to become the best version of themselves by actively working on social-emotional intelligence and leadership development. We need a revamped data collection system to measure the soft skills we teach, a more refined scope and sequence of lessons, and the grants to continue to fund our work. We are a small team of two and with your help, we will be able to transform our program to be bigger and better for the students we serve. Further help on this page can be found by clicking here.

Member Duties : Research and devise a data collection system for our students and other stakeholders under our umbrella to create a more effective feedback loop on our programs. Research and find grants to apply for with the data collected from the system created in Objective 1 to further fund and sustain the programming Work with the Program Director to use data from the data collection system to rework the scope and sequence of the Pathways to Leadership program to address the most pressing social emotional and leadership needs of students at Simmons-Pinckney and Morningside Middle.
