Description

Job Summary: Responsible for driving (truck and trailer), set-up and maintenance of AAON traveling product showcase across North America, including Canada.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Drives showcase truck and trailer between product shows in a timely manner
* Communicates and coordinates trips with AAON marketing and sales departments and AAON sales representative offices
* Inspects truck before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition.
* Reads bill of lading to determine assignment.
* Fastens chain or binders to secure load on trailer during transit.
* Loads or unloads, or assists in loading and unloading truck.
* Services truck with oil, fuel, and radiator fluid to maintain tractor-trailer.

* Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment -- Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts and passenger vehicles.
* Documenting/Recording Information -- Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
* Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment -- Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical (not electronic) principles.
* Handling and Moving Objects -- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
* Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material -- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
* Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates -- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
