Responsibilities

Infirmier(ere) de Mieux-etre:

Vous coordonnerez, avec le coordonnateur des soins de sant , la surveillance de la sant et du bien- tre des r sidents. Vous devrez administrer les m dicaments, r aliser des valuations, coordonner les services avec les fournisseurs de soins externes et travailler troitement avec les familles, les r sidents et le personnel de premi re ligne.

Licence d infirmier( re) auxiliaire requise, minimum d un an d exp rience en sant domicile, en aide la vie autonome ou en soins de longue dur e.

Nous souscrivons au principe d quit en mati re d emploi. Wellness Nurse: Coordinate with the Resident Care Director to monitor health and wellness of residents. Performs medication passes conducts assessments coordinates services with outside care providers and works closely with families, residents and frontline staff.

Requires RNA license, minimum of 1 year home health, assisted living or long-term care experience.
