HSE Specialist

ATS Scientific Productsis looking for an HSE Specialistthat can successfully build safety programs at our Warminster, PA facility. This person must be able to demonstrate working through a site leadership team to accomplish goals and drive safety improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Establish and support HSE programs

+ Serve as core member of the Site Leadership Team

+ Manage all HSE Events, Near Misses, and Hazard Identifications in Velocity

+ Facilitate/assist in HSE Event Investigations & Root Cause Analysis

+ Coordinate successful completion of internal audit action items

+ Identify, evaluate, and assist in correcting workplace hazards

+ Manage PPE program

+ Facilitate productive JHSC meetings, engaging the team in safety processes

+ Provide guidance and assistance in risk assessments of work processes

+ Provide instructor led-training to all necessary employees

+ Drive completion of annual HSE plan for facility

+ Assist in problem solving using ABM tools

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Ability to travel
