RN Resident - Long Term Care at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center

Job description:

Providence's Clinical Academy curriculum for long term care is designed to provide structured, evidence-based education, strong mentorship relationships and support for new graduate nurses (RN Residents). Starting your RN career with Ministry will provide you with everything you need to succeed, including online modules, virtual classes and hands-on learning in the following topics:

* Palliative Care, Advance Directives & End of Life Care
* Medication in Geriatrics
* Mental Disorders, Stroke 101 & Behavior Management
* Mobility & Rehab Therapy
* Malnutrition Awareness & IV Therapy
* Chronic Illness Management
* And more

Required Qualifications:

* Associate's Degree: Registered Nurse
* Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with sub-acute care
