RN - HOME HEALTH

Schedule: Full time Day Shift

Service Locations: Anaheim, Bellflower, Brea, Buena Park, Cerritos, Cypress, Downey, Fountain Valley, and surrounding areas

Pay Structure: Pay Per Visit

Job description:

Registered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Nurses are empowered by our shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

* Completes necessary education to attain RN Licensure in state of California
* California Registered Nurse License upon hire
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
* 1 year Nursing experience in clinical setting

Preferred Qualifications:

* IV and Central lines experience
* Intravenous infusion experience
* Experience with EHR
* Home health field experience
