Full Time Portal Location : Location US-VA-Chantilly Responsibilities We are is seeking a cleared Systems Engineer (All Levels) with a national space enterprise and ground systems engineering background to work with our clients in supporting the future ground architecture
Primary responsibilities: • Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities
• Will engage with the national and tactical communities to collaboratively design, document, validate, and deliver architectures, systems and innovative ground capabilities in support of the national space architecture • Will research, gather and write formal requirements, translate those requirements into user stories and statements of work • Will support Agile-based program management and implementation of a model-Base Systems Engineering approach
• Lead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, and PMRs • Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support • Serve as technical expert in their assigned area
• Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross tower coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers Required Qualifications • Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM degree
• Experience in Project and Systems Engineering, with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC
• Possess strong Systems Engineering discipline with architecture and requirements experience • Experience working space and ground programs from architecture-definition documentation (ADD/CONOPS) through requirements derivation and allocation, performance metric generation and assessment, test case development, and requirement closure tracing
• Ability to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by defining, architecting, and integrating a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capability
• Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily
• Track and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendars • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned • Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously • Expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment • Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills **a STEM degree is strongly preferred but is not a hard requirement Junior-Level • B.S

• Compensation: $151,700 - $215,000 Desired Qualifications • Master’s Degree in a BSTEM field
• Familiarity with the IC and NRO enterprise architecture, DOD's space architecture, and translation of Statement of Capabilities and Enterprise Capability Document line items to CONOPs and architectures
• Experience developing, editing, and updating system architecture and CONOPs documentation as the system mission model matures
• Knowledge of Electro Optical, RADAR, SIGINT, Communications, Mission Management, and Mission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture • Experience generating and codifying inter-segment and inter-system interface requirements for major space mission systems
• Working knowledge of SAFe Agile or similar agile processes and JIRA and Confluence tools
• Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Systems Modeler, Agile, Project Management, MBSE
• Experience with RDNG/DOORs requirements database management/repository, Rhapsody, SysML applications, Confluence, Jira, or JSMART
• Understand how system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle) • Ability to operate effectively within various SETA, FFRDC, and Government lines of authority

Salary at is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status
Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours
The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of our total compensation package for employees
