Position Overview

We are in need of a Dialysis Program Coordinator to join our team This is a fulltime position

Responsibilities

* Assist in the development of procedures and nursing policies, which will promote safe and constructive care
* Initial assessment of hemodialysis patient pre and post-treatment
* Set up and operate hemodialysis equipment
* Restock unit and monthly inventory
* Directly supervise the care of patients on hemodialysis and monitor the medical condition of patients
* Prepare In-service training for new personnel

Qualifications

* Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
* BSN degree preferred
* Current State of Texas Nursing License
* Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Minimum one year of experience in Dialysis nursing
