*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Registered Nurse - Home Health, you will provide quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and administer treatments to promote optimal health and well-being.

*Weekend Shifts: Saturday and Sunday or Saturday Sunday and Friday or Monday. *

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards

Skills:
- Proficient in pediatric care, ambulatory surgery center, diagnostic evaluation, aseptic technique, catheterization, basic life support, behavioral health, dialysis, and acute pain management
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of PA
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
- CPR certification required
