Job Title: LPN/LVN

Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Contract

Job Duties:
* The nurse will care for more residents than a nurse working in a hospital.
* Sometimes a complete hall is assigned to the nurse and most of her or his time is spent passing medications.
* Push a medication (med) cart down the hall from room to room; making sure medications are dispensed on time.
* Overseeing nurses aids and making sure the residents are cared for in a compassionate manner is part of the job.
* Will also work with the therapy department in coordinating care.

Job Requirements:
* 12 months experience in last 18 months.
* Methadone/dosing experience strongly preferred.
* Potential float between Pittsburgh locations.
* BLS - Required.
* Active LPN License - Required.
* Covid Vaccine – Required.
* Driver’s license copy.

Schedule:
* Mon to Fri - 4:30 AM to 12:00 PM/ 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM
* Sat - 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM/ 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
* 40 hours per week
* Every other weekend

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Standard shift:
* Day shift
Weekly schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Rotating weekends

License/Certification:
* LPN license (Required)
* BLS Certification (Required)
* Driver's License (Required)
