Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Family & Internal Medicine Practice located in Newton, MA. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, patient care, and education within a busy primary care setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks including triaging calls, managing prior authorizations, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Providing direct patient care, including but not limited to, conducting assessments, administering medications, and assisting with procedures as needed.
  • Offering patient education on various health topics, treatment plans, and preventive care measures to promote overall wellness.

Requirements:

  • Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
