We sell our collections direct to consumers through more than 4,000 Skechers stores around the globe and Skechers e-commerce sites, as well as through a network of third-party partners.Job DescriptionOur Enterprise Applications team is focused on modernizing our tech stack to support Skechers’ growth worldwide.  To that end, Skechers has invested in Salesforce Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud and CloudCraze and we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Product Manager to drive forward our Salesforce initiatives.As a Salesforce Product Manager, you will work with stakeholders to define business needs, implement product strategy and own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Salesforce systems. You will work with our Skechers and SI technical teams on design, building solution components, unit testing, and driving forward Salesforce initiatives around the globe.Our team culture values innovative thinking, diversity, creativity, listening and working collaboratively with all team members.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the end-to-end product management process from idea generation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and deliveryFacilitate and lead effective discussions during meetings with stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive Salesforce initiatives.Research solutions and formulate proposals to solve requests from business partnersSupervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce systemsWork with Skechers and SI technical teams on design, development, configuration, interfaces, and product feature enhancements for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and CloudCraze platformsHelp to manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms and technologiesIdentify, advance, and remove roadblocks, triage defects, and provide clarity for customers on issues or bugs Responsible for day-to-day execution and planning, personnel development, and resourcing for Salesforce teamsManage project/ticket backlog, and facilitate backlog grooming with development teamConduct analysis to quantify how features are performing, level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvementsQualificationsRecommended Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System ArchitectClient-side (Lightning Web Component, JavaScript, HTML, Visualforce, CSS) & server-side (Apex) expertiseExperience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, VS Code).Experience integrating Salesforce with third party systems via web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)Experience with configuration of all new and existing Salesforce features including Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice, Einstein features, Tableau, chat bot, Retail Execution Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-directed and comfortable working in fast-paced environments Able to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives on existing solutionsProficiency of Microsoft Office and product management tools (i.e. Atlassian suite)WORK EXPERIENCEMinimum 7 years professional experience in the Salesforce ecosystemMinimum 5 years Salesforce Service Cloud experienceMinimum 5 years Salesforce Sales CRM experienceExperience with Salesforce Lightning platform 5+ years (preferred)Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (preferred)Experience implementing new instances of Salesforce.com for global implementationExperience setting up and maintaining DevOps solution for multi-org code releaseJOB-RELATED EDUCATIONB.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field of study, or equivalent work experienceAdditional InformationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
