Your Role: Principal Architect
As the Principal Architect, you will be the cornerstone of our engineering efforts, crafting the architectural strategies that integrate cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions.

Your expertise will be pivotal in building a robust, scalable, and secure platform that supports our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Architecture Planning: Design and implement long-term strategic goals for managing and maintaining systems and software.
  • AWS and Microservices Expertise: Utilize AWS to its fullest potential, ensuring scalable, efficient, and flexible solutions. Design and develop a microservices architecture that supports our agile and dynamic business needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive architectural solutions across multiple projects, involving complex systems and advanced technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategies and solutions.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay ahead of technological advancements to incorporate emerging technologies and methodologies that can benefit our systems and services.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring system stability and security.

Who We Need

  • Proven track record as a Principal Architect or similar role in a technology-driven environment, ideally within the FinTech sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and microservices architecture.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team of technical professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design for performance, scalability, and availability.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams and executive management.
  • A proactive approach to technology trends, with experience in implementing innovative solutions and driving change.
