ASSISTED LIVING NURSE

- Assess resident needs and prepares and maintains Service Plans, in collaboration with families and other services.
- Orient, train, and provide ongoing training and supervision for team members. Ensures orientation conducted for each employee. Provides input/develops performance evaluations and recommends actions on employee complaints, resolution, terminations, etc.
- Oversee scheduling
Assisting with Med Mgmt and check-ins
Perform skin assessments and quarterly assessments
Following up on any falls or incidents
Managing team members
Full time position may be able to be made by splitting time with nursing home.
Required
- RN licensure in the State of Iowa
- 2 - 5 years: Assisted Living Experience
